Yes, we’re flexible. If you have preferred clients or specific types of events you want to handle directly, we’ll route those to you. You can stay involved in as much or as little of the sales process as you like. We’re here to support your capacity, not replace it.
Is there a long-term contract?
Nope. We offer flexible plans based on your needs. Most venues start with a monthly retainer or campaign-based project to test results. We’ll never lock you into anything that doesn’t make sense for your business.
How do you price the service?
Pricing depends on your venue size, event volume, and scope of support. Some clients just need help closing leads, while others need full marketing and sales. We’ll talk through your goals, then send a clear, no-pressure proposal.
Will you coordinate with our team?
Absolutely. Once we confirm a booking, we’ll loop in your ops lead with all the event details. We’re happy to stay in touch until the event is delivered, and we’ll step in if any client-side coordination is needed before the day.
What if we don’t have strong branding yet?
We can help with that too. We’ll review your existing listings, photos, and event descriptions, then recommend quick upgrades. If needed, we can connect you with a copywriter or photographer from our network to improve how your venue is presented.

Some venues see leads within the first 2 weeks of launch, especially if they already have a Venuerific profile. Larger campaigns may take a bit longer to scale. Either way, we’ll keep you updated with weekly activity reports and lead status.
Do you work with venues outside of Singapore or Malaysia?
Yes, we work across Southeast Asia. If your venue is in a market with high event demand and you need support, we can onboard you quickly. Just let us know where you’re based and we’ll advise on lead volume expectations.
